On Free, the count of new conversations resets every month on the day you installed Deskcord. Deskcord sends you a DM at 80% and 100% of the limit, and /usage shows where you stand at any time.
What counts as a conversation, and how do I know where I stand?
A conversation counts once, when a visitor starts it. Messages inside an open conversation don't count. Free includes 30 new conversations per month, and the count resets every month on the day you installed Deskcord. Deskcord sends you a Discord DM at 80% and at 100% of the limit, and /usage shows where you stand at any time.
What happens if I cancel Pro or remove Deskcord?
Your conversations stay in your Discord server in both cases. If you cancel Pro, your server goes back to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. If you remove the bot or the script tag, the chat stops appearing on your website.
Can I use it on several websites?
Yes, on Pro. Each website can send its conversations to its own Discord channel. Free covers 1 website.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Run /manage-subscription in your Discord server to open the billing portal. There you can switch between monthly and yearly billing, update your card, download invoices or cancel.
